Krishna Pendyala

Krishna Pendyala is a Mindfulness practitioner, author and personal coach. He is also a sought-after speaker and workshop leader.
For over 20 years, he has worked with individuals and groups on personal development, and with organizations on growth and change management.

Originally from India, Krishna came to the US in 1984 and lives in Pittsburgh with his wife and two children.  He earned degrees in engineering and educational media, founded two multimedia companies, and until recently held the unusual title of Chief Operating Officer and Coach at a nationally ranked wealth advisory firm—managing the firm’s operations while coaching the team members and clients.

Krishna now runs the Mindful Nation Foundation, the brainchild of US Congressman, Tim Ryan, and is also working with Mindfulness at Work to bring mindfulness to corporations in the US.

Mike Robbins

Long-standing Mindfulness practitioner, Mike Robbins is the author of two books which are on our recommended reading list, Focus on the Good Stuff and Be Yourself, Everyone Else is Already Taken, which have been translated into twelve different languages.

As an expert in teamwork, emotional intelligence, and the powers of appreciation and authenticity, Mike delivers keynote addresses and customized seminars that empower people, teams, and organizations to work together effectively and be more successful. He has inspired tens of thousands of people around the world to reach new levels of awareness and productivity, both personally and professionally. Barbara Boxhall

Barbara has been practicing mindfulness for over 20 years. Barbara is supervisor and advisor to Louise Chester, as well as working with other associates of Mindfulness at Work. She is a qualified as a teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy from the Institute of Mindfulness Based Approaches. This was a 16 month professional teacher-training. Barbara adheres to the ‘Good Practice Guidance for Teaching Mindfulness-Based Courses’. She is currently studying for an Msc in Mindfulness and Compassion with Aberdeen University at Kagyu Samye Ling in Scotland. Barbara is a qualified Counsellor and an Accredited Member of the BACP, working with clients since 1994. In the early 90s she started integrating Mindfulness and Radical Acceptance approaches informally into her teaching in a men’s prison where she ran the Art Department for 12 years. Kate has a long-standing mindfulness practice and is the joint founder of our Mindful Wellness programme.
Kate gives talks and workshops to business clients empowering their staff to adopt healthier
lifestyles. Fresh, creative and practical information is delivered in an interactive style that encourages involvement and engagement.
