Krishna Pendyala is a Mindfulness practitioner, author and personal coach. He is also a sought-after speaker and workshop leader.
Originally from India, Krishna came to the US in 1984 and lives in Pittsburgh with his wife and two children. He earned degrees in engineering and educational media, founded two multimedia companies, and until recently held the unusual title of Chief Operating Officer and Coach at a nationally ranked wealth advisory firm—managing the firm’s operations while coaching the team members and clients.
Krishna now runs the Mindful Nation Foundation, the brainchild of US Congressman, Tim Ryan, and is also working with Mindfulness at Work to bring mindfulness to corporations in the US.

Barbara has been practicing mindfulness for over 20 years. Barbara is supervisor and advisor to Louise Chester, as well as working with other associates of Mindfulness at Work. She is a qualified as a teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy from the Institute of Mindfulness Based Approaches. This was a 16 month professional teacher-training. Barbara adheres to the ‘Good Practice Guidance for Teaching Mindfulness-Based Courses’. She is currently studying for an Msc in Mindfulness and Compassion with Aberdeen University at Kagyu Samye Ling in Scotland. Barbara is a qualified Counsellor and an Accredited Member of the BACP, working with clients since 1994. In the early 90s she started integrating Mindfulness and Radical Acceptance approaches informally into her teaching in a men’s prison where she ran the Art Department for 12 years.
