Introductory Taster Session – This type of session gives people the opportunity to find out what mindfulness is (and isn’t), as well as the ‘whys’ and the ‘hows’ of practicing mindfulness. In addition to learning about the science underpinning why mindfulness works, participants get to experience mindfulness practices for themselves. This powerful combination is very successful and has been delivered in environments ranging from global banks to university departments.
Most introductory sessions are a preparatory to our 5 session Mindfulness is Now programme.
The ‘Mindfulness is Now’ 5 session programme – Our award-winning proprietary Mindfulness is Now® (MiN) programme is designed to make training easy and accessible in the workplace. Five x 45 minute sessions are delivered to groups at one week intervals. We often run several MiN courses in parallel to allow flexibility for people’s crowded diaries. Thousands of people have been through this programme and found it a great way to learn techniques that enable them to have more physical and emotional resilience and be more effective in the workplace and beyond.
Live Online Programmes – We offer a Live Online version of the award winning Mindfulness is Now course, which participants can take part in from anywhere in the world, providing there is an internet connection. Our delivery platform works through all the main web browsers and has been successfully demonstrated on tablets, or even mobile phones!
Potential Project CBMT Programmes – We are the UK Partner of Potential Project – the leading global provider of mindfulness-based organizational performance. Developed with experts in partnership with leading researchers, senior executives and mindfulness experts over a ten-year span, the Potential Project has developed a corporate and scientific approach to mindful organizational performance. In addition to learning about the science underpinning why mindfulness works, participants get to experience mindfulness practices for themselves, thereby realise its value for peak workplace performance. The workshop is designed with reference to any ongoing culture change, leadership or L&D training that participants are currently undergoing, so that it feels immediately relevant and applicable to them.
We usually recommend a 2 ½ hour workshops, or a series of shorter workshops over a full day for a larger audience. This format has also proven successful for themed wellbeing days, for example National Stress Awareness Day.
